    The loan officer for this location and Chanhassen was very rude to me. He made a claim that I don't know what I was talking about when the truth was that he didn't know what he was talking about since he jumped to conclusions that he was always right. I tried being nice and working him more, but he dropped the ball and never gave me anymore information that he told me he would give me. I would never recommend getting a mortgage from TCF bank. Tom T. is very unprofessional and is terrible at communicating.

    It was a nice boat ride, although there was a confusion on what boat I was taking. The boat That I paid for was the fancy one, but instead without any notification it got switched to the worse of the group. Seriously I was about to walk in the private party one because that boat was the one I was suppose to be on. Not even a notification saying we have a different boat
